Symptom
- Why are my group invitations not been delivered to email server
- I am not receiving any type of email notifications

Reproducing the Issue
- Create a group
- Invite a member
- No invitation sent to the intended users inbox
Resolution
Please check the following before raising a ticket with Customer Support
- JAM Admin
- Compliance & Security
- Security
- Please ensure "Allow (Company ID) Jam to send members content via e-maill" is checked.
- Save Changes
- Create a new Test group and invite users again.
Email Notifications should be received.
