Concurrent employment for Contingent worker behavior change from b1902 onwards.

Resolution
Before b1902 release, we could use concurrent employment for contingent workers without any validation. After b1902, customer has an option to enable or disbale this feature via provisioning.
To Enable/Disable this feature :
Go to Provisioning > Company Settings > Tick/Untick 'Enable Concurrent Employment for Contingent Workers (Caution: Once this feature is enabled, it cannot be disabled).'
NOTE :
If this feature is disabled, and you import employment details without using the field 'IS CONTINGENT WORKER' in the template and in the person id field you are inputing contingent worker's person id, the validation will not get through and you will be able to hire a concurrent employment for a contingent worker even if the feature is disable in the system.
Thus, make sure when this feature is disabled in the system, you are using 'IS CONTINGENT WORKER' field in import template and this field is set to 'YES.' With this data only system will be able to identify that person-id provided in template is contingent worker and validation will be successful.
If you are not able to see 'IS CONTINGENT WORKER' field in employment details template, kindly follow the below steps:
Navigate to Manage Business Configuration > employmentInfo > In new field select isContingentWorker > Details > Allow import = YES and Visibility = VIEW.
