2777030 - Leave Encashment link throwing a dump or link not available in the Portal

Symptom

  • Not able to launch the Web Dynpro for ABAP Leave Encashment application in Portal. 
  • "Leave Encashment" option not available in Payroll India ESS Portal.
  • Leave Encashment link is not appearing in Payroll India under Benefits & Payments Tab.
  • Getting Error in Portal as com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.s1.api.WDSystemLandscapeExecption: Error while obtaining JCO connection.
