2777184 - Duplicated National id when changing the system language - Employee Central


When you go to Manage Pending Hires using the English as system language and try to Hire an candidate the system show the correct number of fields on National Id section. But when changing the system language to another instead of English (Spanish for example) the system duplicate all fields on National Id section.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go Manage Pending Hires
  2. Click to Hire a Candidate
  3. Go through National Id section

Result: All Fields and Information looks correct

  1. Go to Options
  2. Click on Change Language
  3. Change the system for another instead of English (Spanish for example)
  4. Go Manage Pending Hires
  5. Click to Hire a Candidate
  6. Go through National Id section

Result: All Fields and Information show duplicated.


No translation on the specific National Id Country being passed from Recruiting or Onboarding was defined. As per the National Id Country is based on the MDF Object Country on Manage Data, you should have the translation of this field that meet the system language changed.



Insert a translation for the specific language selected as system language:

  1. Go to Manage Data
  2. Filter for Country
  3. Search/Find Country
  4. Click on Make Correction
  5. Click in Globe icon in the right side of Country field
  6. Add a translation for the system language that you desired
  7. Save it.
