2777205 - How to increase the shutdown timeout on AS Java

The aim of this document is to enable the SAP System Administrator to amend (increase or decrease) the shutdown timeout on the SAP NetWeaver Application Server for JAVA. Errors similar to the below can be seen in the logs, before a shutdown:
