Symptom

After modifying prompts in a Publication and switching between tabs (Destination/Formats) and coming back to Prompts errors in: "Internal error occurred: while trying to invoke the method com.businessobjects.clientaction.shared.promptsSummary.SharedPromptsBean.toString() of a null object loaded from local variable 'xx'. Contact your administrator."
