2777363 - Order Creation Time mismatch between Planning screen and Report Material Supply and Demand List

You see the Order DEF (DEF refers to Stock Transfer Order id) Creation Time in Planning screen and Order  DEF Creation Time in Report Material Supply and Demand List does not match.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Work Center Supply Planning
2. Go to View Products
3. Search for Product KLM (KLM refers to Product id)
4. Select Product KLM and Select Open

You observe  Order DEF Creation Time as XY(XY refers to Order time in planning screen)

1. Go to Work Center Business Analytics
2. Go to View Design Reports
3. Select Report Material Supply and Demand List
4. Enter Selection parameters and Select on Apply

You observe  Order DEF Creation Time as XX(XX refers to Order time in Report Material Supply and Demand List).

Reports will always reflect in UTC (UTC+0) time zone, Hence you see that there is a time difference between Order DEF time XY in Planning screen  and  Order DEF time XX in Report  Material Supply and Demand List. In Planning screen system has derived the time from time zone maintained as per Site Master Data.

In order to confirm if there is a  common time generated between Order creation time in  Planning screen and Order creation time in  Report, Just add UTC + n (n refers to the time zone number) from Time zone maintained in Site Master Data to the Order creation Time which is shown in  Report Material Supply and Demand List, you will see  Order time in Planning screen and  Order time in Report Material Supply and Demand List is same.

Note:All Reports reflect in UTC time zone.
