Partner wants to terminate a Partner/Reference/Demo tenant.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- SAP Business ByDesign
Cause
Partners cannot request termination of Partner/Reference/Demo tenant by clicking on 'Request Termination' button from Systems view in Service Control Center work center.
Resolution
Partners need to contact SAP TDD (SAP Test Demo Development Licenses for SAP Partner) Team by sending an email to : tdd@sap.com in order to request termination of a Partner/Reference/Demo tenant.
Then the concerned team will validate the request and will proceed with the termination of Partner/Reference/Demo tenant.
