2777455 - Payment Information - Fields Do Not Render For Users With No Data

Payment Information fields do not initial/display/render when you click to edit Payment Information for a user with no data maintained.

1. Navigate to Profile of a user with no Payment Information 
2. Click to edit 
3. Window opens but no fields are displayed

This is caused due to incorrect/unsupported configuration on Payment Information UI

To resolve:

1. Open 'Edit Properties' for Payment Information Details section of UI

2. Change 'Layout' from 'Grid' to 'Form'

3. Save UI
