Symptom
For customers using the v12 UI, the following fields remain Read-Only in the UI regardless of the permissions granted to the user

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Personal Information
- Insert a new record or edit an existing one
- All 3 nationality fields are Readon-Only regardless of permissions
NOTE: This also impacts Hire/Rehire UI's
Cause
v12 UI Code Defect
Resolution
Permanent Solution:
A patch is planned for 12th April, but not yet confirmed. Currently the patch is in testing phase
Work-around:
(1) Personal Information can be updated via Import. This is the case for both regular ESS changes as well as New Hires or Rehires. The record can be updated via Import
(2) V12 screens is currently maintenance mode. It is very much encouraged for the customers to move to PP3 UI, where this issue is not applicable.
