2777632 - How to check the current value of locale - Windows regional settings - on Windows Server

Symptom

Windows regional settings should be done before the start of new system, target system installation on Windows Server (inc. on Windows VM images too), according the Installations guides, which are available on the https://support.sap.com/en/tools/software

Installations guide:

English (United States) must be set by default. For more information about localized Windows versions, see SAP Note 362379.

Environment

All SAP System based on SAP NetWeaver 7.0# and higher

Any Windows OS Version
