Lead Survey Score updated even though Survey is in draft without completing the Survey.

Reproducing the Issue
You have already a survey assigned to a lead
Go to the Sales work center.
Click on Leads.
Open the Lead XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Lead).
Go to the Survey facet.
Click in the Survey assigned to the Lead.
Answer, for example, the Question one.
Save the Survey and the status will be changed to Draft.
Result: The Score for this survey was taken into the Lead even on Draft status.
This is the current system behavior, Cloud for Customer takes the scores into the Lead even when not answering completely the Survey.
If you need this functionality not to update Leads having a Survey in draft status urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center.
