2777671 - Search by National ID number in Rehire Inactive Employees

Customer unable to search employees by National ID in Rehire Inactive Employee wizard.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Rehire Inactive Employee

1. Go to Rehire Inactive Employee;
2. Enter the national identification number xxxxxx to be rehired and select go;
3. Result: No result to Display;

This is an expected behavior, since the search in this wizard is hard coded and just some information will return results.

You can search users using:

• First Name
• Last name
• Username
• Formal Name
