2777679 - Learning Activity Purge

When scheduling a BizX DRTM Learning Data Purge, then navigate to the purge monitor to preview the report, it displays the following:

Transaction Status: PREVIEW IN-PROGESS
Transaction ID: <some alpha-numeric string>
Next Run: 12/23/2018 02:00 AM America/New York (or some date in the past)

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Schedule a BizX DRTM Learning Data Purge >
2. Navigate to the purge monitor to preview the report >
3. Click the link to preview the report and see the Preview In-Progress message.

This was caused due to resources assigned to the GDPR processing nodes in Operations backend.

Open a case with the SAP Support team with a support access account as the admin who scheduled the purge job along with the date and time.
