When scheduling a BizX DRTM Learning Data Purge, then navigate to the purge monitor to preview the report, it displays the following:

Transaction Status: PREVIEW IN-PROGESS
Transaction ID: <some alpha-numeric string>
Next Run: 12/23/2018 02:00 AM America/New York (or some date in the past)

1. Schedule a BizX DRTM Learning Data Purge >
2. Navigate to the purge monitor to preview the report >
3. Click the link to preview the report and see the Preview In-Progress message.

It represents the system’s expected behavior.

Whenever a Learning related purge is scheduled in BizX, Learning stores details like retention policies and users list.

Learning has a separate preview job, which runs every hour. It picks up pending scheduled job requests and processes them to generate the preview report.

In this scenario, the email notification comes from the BizX job. At that moment, the Learning preview job hadn't yet been triggered, as it runs hourly.
