2777705 - Print Certificate Error - The page you requested generated a server error: response code 403 ()

When trying to print a certificate of completion in the Learning History, the below error happens:

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning.
2. In the Learning home page, click 'View All' in the History tile.
3. Click the print icon the generate the certificate.
4. The error will happen.

 There is no default certificate template configured in Learning Management System.

You need to set a default certificate template as per KBA 2378588:

• 2378588 - Enable default certificate of completion for all items

You also might need to set a certificate template at the item level for items that were already created before you configured the default value in the Global Variables.
