Symptom

  • After completing an operation and adding CATS time, the application displays the following error during transmit:
          "Specify time within permitted value range" 
  • The issue is seen after implementing the following SAP Note: 2613542 BAPI_ALM_CONF_CREATE: Invalid time specification possible as execution time of confirmation.
