Symptom
- Check Prerequisites step on Managed System Configuration failing because of the central services:
The definition of Technical System '<SID>~ABAP' is not correct: '<SID>~ABAP': Technical System must have a Central Service Instance
Missing Central Service Instance: refer to SAP Note 1419603 or 909797
- Central Services Instance exists on SLD, but LMDB does not show it
- LMDB sync job is running fine and manual system resync from SLD does not show errors
- Notes (from the error details) were already checked, but the result is still the same
