Symptom
- On Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, or 2019 with enabled Failover Clustering feature, using R3trans or TP command may take long waiting time.
- Executables like R3Trans and TP are much slower when called from a server that has Failover Cluster installed than that from a server without Failover Cluster.
- When checking R3trans -x, it will take more than 60 seconds at the beginning of the trace. After this 60 seconds duration, it may finish in a second.
- trans.log
