2777851 - "Open In..." button is disabled in the Fiori "Manage KPIs and Reports" application

Symptom

When customers create a report in the Fiori "Manage KPIs and Reports" application and then click the "Show Preview" button, the "Open In..." button is disabled in the bottom right corner.
