2778044 - Positive Time Sheets Are Auto Submitted And Workflow Triggered

Positive time sheets are auto submitted by System System and workflow are triggered.

Positive time sheets are auto submitted and workflow email notification is received.

There is default logic in time sheet auto submission and workflow triggering, please refer to the details in KBA 2738965 - Time Sheet Automatic Submission and Workflow Processing Behavior.

NOTE: If this has triggered for Inactive employees, the workflows needs to be manually declined.

• If you do not want to trigger a worklfow in such scenario, then you can use the below workflow rule(in the Save Rule section) in the Employee Time Sheet object. Then time sheet will be auto-approved and no workflow will take place.
  
• If you want to have your own auto submission logic instead of the default auto submission, it is requires Time Tracking license and you can achieve this via the Time Sheet Submission Rule. 
• If you want to prevent auto submission totally and you have Time Tracking license, please refer to KBA 3497038 - Stop Auto Submission for positive or overtime timesheet recorders (Time Tracking)
