2778178 - Block Layout in People Profile for Background and Trend portlets

Able to choose between List and Table view for Background and Trend blocks, in Configure People Profile.

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Configure People Profile > select a Background/Trend portlet.
   
   
2. You will see you have an option choose between List and Table view;
   
   
   
   
3. Choosing "List View" will display the information vertically as seen below.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Choosing "Table View" will show the information horizontally across the page. (Please note the below screenshot is of a portlet with Block Size: Large)

This feature was introduced in the 1902 release to enable users to display background and trend elements in a grid layout using the UI5 responsive table.  Each record will be displayed in a single row. This will help improve the readability of background element data, especially when there are multiple records in single background element.

Note: You will need to configure each background element in Configure People Profile that you want to display in a grid.

Note: The Block Layout option is only available to Background/Trend portlet. It's not possible to choose between List/Table view to other type of block.
