Symptom

How to archive the Time Account Change Calendar objects.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off

Resolution

This can be achieved in 2 ways:

 

  • Manually delete the Time off calendars from Manage Time off Calendar page. This will set the particular object to 'Archived'.

 OR

  • Export  "Time Account Change Calendar object" via Admin Center -> Import and Export data
  • Export  template for Time Account Change Calendar
  • Select the objects that needs to be archived from the export file and paste it in the template
  • Set the Archived column to 'TRUE'
  • Import the file.
