2778330 - The import is skipped as the change list's in the transport request is/are already part of the target system

• After re-importing the same transport request into an XI system, the user observes that there is no new changelist created after the import when they navigate to changelist tab.

• You can see the following messages in the transport import log:

2 TW000 Import of change list's with Directory Content in Transport Request : <transport_request> is skipped
2 TW000 -The import is skipped as the change list's in the transport request is/are already part of the target system
2 TW000 -To unskip the import, retry CTS import by setting the overwrite flag for the import to true in target system
2 TW000 TransportEntity (ID:<id>) status set to 'OK'.
