2778405 - Error when accessing “Benefits Admin Overview” page.

An employee is getting this error "You do not have permission to view this page" upon going to the "Benefits Admin Overview" page.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

1. Log in to the system

2. Go to the Benefits Admin Overview Page.

This is a known product gap.

• Please use Manage data instead of Benefit Admin Overview as a work-around.
• Alternatively, as another work around, you may untick this option "Exclude Granted User from having the permission to access him/herself" to the permission role that is assigned to the employee that grants him/her access to "Manage Benefits > Benefits Admin Overview"
• Or create a seperate permission role and grant the employee the same access to "Manage Benefits > Benefits Admin Overview" but this time do no tick "Exclude Granted User from having the permission to access him/herself".

PS: Engineering team is aware of this issue and they are considering code enhancement for it under BEN-13074. We don't yet have any fix date available for it. Once it is enhanced, the information will be available in release notes. You may reach out to your CSM or contact SAP hotline to know updates in this regard.
