2778467 - Retrieving The Absence Data Was Not Successful Error While Viewing The Administer Time Page

An error 'Retrieving the absence data was not successful' occurs while opening the Administer Time page of an employee.

Navigate to Administer Time page of an employee and an error is shown on the page as below:

Retrieving the absence data was not successful. Please review the permission settings (Manage Permission Roles > Metadata Framework) and make sure that the user role has permission to read employee time data. You could also refresh the OData cache using "OData API Metadata Refresh and Export". Open Configure Object Definition and check Visibility of following property on Object Definition. It should be set at least to Read Only: Entity EmployeeTime is not found. Please contact your system 

Please follow the below steps:

1. Clear MDF Cache: Login to Provisioning -> Click the Company ID -> go to MDF Cache -> Clear cache
2. Login to the instance -> go to Admin Center -> search OData API Metadata Refresh and Export -> Refresh
3. Navigate to Administer Time and verify that the issue is resolved.

NOTE: If you do not have access to Provisioning, please raise an case with SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support under the component LOD-SF-EC-TIM-UI.
