2778732 - TREX Domain Installation

Symptom

While installing a new TREX Revision using the install script as below (or similar).

install --action=install --sid=<SID> --password=<pw> --domain=<DOMAIN>

You get the following error:

ERROR:cannot create '<DOMAIN>\<sid>adm' user, rc: -11355 - TREX setup cannot proceed.
