2778819 - Variable Selection on Characteristic Changed On in Reporting

You entered a selection on characteristic Changed On in standard data source Registered Product (technical ID CRMREGPRODHB) or a custom report build on top of it and receive an error message.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Data Sources.
2. Search for standard data source Registered Product (technical ID CRMREGPRODHB) and click Preview.
3. Enter a date in format DD/MM/YYYY in the selection area for characteristic Changed On.
4. Click on Go.
5. You will receive the error messages: "Value not valid for variable Changed On" and "Check your variable selections".

The characteristic Changed On (characteristic ID LAST_CHANGE_DATE_TIME) is a date/time field and you entered only a date as a variable selection.

As the characteristic Changed On you need to enter a date and time plus the time zone. Please use the format like this DD/MM/YYYY hh/mm/ss UTC.

If you are not looking for a specific value you are also able to use is between and enter a date/time frame in the selection area.
