2779012 - The task processor is not changed in the Tasks tab of the Incident when using "Assign to me" or "Forward" options

Symptom

When trying to change the task processor using "Assign to me" or "Forward" from the Task Operations dropdown, it can be observed that the Implementor in the Tasks tab of the Incident is not changed.
