2779051 - Failed to execute restart job: Failed to read all Rule entries from table BC_MSG_JOB_RULE

You have created more than one Restart job in PI/PO system and scheduled them to be executed at the same time. When you check the Background Job Processing Monitor, you notice that the jobs are in Error or Never Executed state.

In the Logs tab, there is the following error:

Failed to execute restart job: Reason: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.job.JobException: Failed to read all Rule entries from table BC_MSG_JOB_RULE; Reason java.lang.NullPointerExection: While trying to invoke the method java.sql.Connection.prepareStatement(java.lang.String) of a null object loaded from local variable ‘Connection’.
