2779137 - HANA: Database error 258 at OPC in SM21 when accessing table "sap.hana.xs.lm.usage.db::SUSAGE"

Symptom

After implementing note 2182722 in Solution Manager, which provide enhancement for HANA usage data collection,

you may find following error shown in the system log (transaction code: SM21):

<SID> Database: Database error 258 at OPC
insufficient privilege: Not authorized

From the corresponding work process trace file (dev_w* in transaction code ST11), you could see following content:

Connect to <SID> as <user_name> with XXXX
...
SQLCODE : 258
SQLERRTEXT : insufficient privilege: Not authorized
...
