Symptom

  • Fault Manager status (sybdbfm status) shows: 

db status OK hadr status PRIMARY.
db host status: UNKNOWN.
db status OK hadr status STANDBY.
db host status: UNKNOWN.
replication status: UNKNOWN.

  • dev_sapdbctl log shows: [PID nnnn] init:  SAPSA    gss password set   for user: sa
  • sap_status path shows HADR is replicating fine
