Symptom

  • Getting error "Could not reach CMS 'hostname:6400'. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues." while logging into to CMC.
  • SIA is running, but CMS.exe is crashing after SIA start up.
  • Connection to CMS Database is possible outside of BI.
