You cannot add Extension Fields to the Utilities Enterprise Search, this is not possible via standard Personalization neither via SDK/ PDI custom code.

Cause
At the moment the Utilities Enterprise Search does not support Extension Fields.
Resolution
This is the system expected behavior.
