2779976 - Unable to open the My Dunning Proposal app

While accessing the app "My Dunning Proposals", the system raise the following error.
"The user is not defined as an accounting clerk in the system"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1.  Click on the tile 'My Dunning Proposals'.
2.  The error occurs "The user is not defined as an accounting clerk in the system".

The issue is due to the missing authorizations, Check if all the below steps are performed:

1.  Define the relevant user as an accounting clerk for the company code using the app "Define Accounting Clerks". 

2. Check if the business role associated with the business catalog 'SAP_FIN_BC_AR_DUNNING_PC' has been assigned to the relevant business user. 

3. The assigned business role has the necessary authorization.
