2780025 - CAR: Unable to access master data from ECC or S/4HANA source system

• Unable to access any master data while using a ECC or S/4HANA system as a source system.
• Receive the error "insufficient privilege: Not authorized" when performing an SQL query from CAR to your HANA DB.
• Receive the error ''Unknown Store number'' in POS Workbench (tcode /POSDW/MON0).
• Running CAR 4.0 and have applied SAP Note 2735017 and are still unable to access S/4HANA master data.
• Changed physical schemas on SLT configuration and the target schema has a new name.
• Receive the following dump when trying to import transactions into your CAR system via tcode /POSDW/QMON:
