• Is it possible to report on Attachments on the Performance Form?
• In Report Center, Attachments is not an available column under the Performance Management domain.

• It is not currently possible to report on attachments linked to Performance Forms.
• If you would like to see this feature introduced, please check if there is already a Customer Influence request on the Influence portal that you can add your vote to, or create a new enhancement request for this feature : https://influence.sap.com/successfactors

NOTE : It is not possible to identify who uploaded an attachment to a Performance Management form via reporting.
