2780058 - SMS Campaign Approval Notification

Business requires an SMS notification to be sent to an authorised Campaign Approver

SAP Marketing Cloud Edition

1. Launch the Campaigns app.
2. Choose the Create button at the top right corner of the screen.
3. The Select Campaign Type dialog box appears.
4. Select the Campaign category and enter other basic information.
5. Assign and submit Campaign for approval to the marketing manager
6. Email Notification is sent to the authorised approver
7. SMS Notification cannot be sent because it is not available in Hybris Marketing

• The system is workings as designed. Hybris Marketing only support Fiori and e-mail notifications.
• SMS notifications are not available in Hybris marketing yet.
