How does the Cross-Boarding Process works with Recruiting Management?

The process of Cross-Boarding when performed with Recruiting Management works in the exact same way on Recruiting Management Side.

When you have an Internal Candidate that applies to a Job Requisition, the candidate will be processed as a regular candidate, when the candidate is the correct status, you will initiate the Onboarding Process on Recruiting side, and then the Process Filters on Onboarding side will make sure that this candidate enters on the right process. Now, the fields will be mapped from Recruiting to Onboarding and the process will be conducted regularly.

The thing here is, if you need information that is only present in EC, in this case you will not be able to send this information when initiating onboarding through Recruiting, because there is no way to cross the mapping in between the modules. If you initiate Onboarding through Recruiting, then only information that are on the Recruiting side will be mapped to onboarding, now if you need information from EC, then you will need to initiate the Cross-Boarding process through EC.
