How should I map a picklist from EC to RCM using business rules?

When mapping a picklist to Recruiting, keep in mind that regardless of it is MDF or legacy picklist, you will be looking to find the Option Id of the picklist.

Recruiting Management has been designed in a way where when selecting values on the picklist it will be using the Option ID as the key identifier of it, so when performing the map that should be what we use too.

Note that, it can be done by other ways like label and other fields, but since the system is using the PicklistOption entity in OData to find the fields, the id should be our main field for mapping.
