- Agent "A" is performing an internal call transfer to Agent "B", but soon receives a new inbound call right after and accepts this call
- The problem is that this agent will hear the "RingOut.wav" alert until Agent "B" answers or Agent "A" hangs the call and at the same time hear the new alert coming from the new call
