2780226 - ICMS is not calculated after setting table J_1BSWITCH with parameter CTE_2012

Once the parameter CTE_2012 has been set in the table J_1BSWITCH in order to activate the Conhecimento solution in the SD module and to have CT-e tab appearing in J1B1N, some behaviors may have changed in the SD module such as:

1. The ICMS base BX10 or ICMS amount BX13 are not being calculated
2. The ICMS amount BX13 is calculated incorrectly.
3. The ICMS Conh amount BX19 is being calculated instead of BX13 in the document.
4. The ICMS Conh base BX17 is used instead the BX10 in the pricing procedure.
