Symptom

Some behaviors of ICMS calculation are incorrect in the Sales and Distribution documents such as:

  • The ICMS Base BX10 or ICMS amount BX13 are not being calculated.
  • The ICMS amount BX13 is calculated incorrectly.
  • The ICMS Conhecimento amount BX19 is being calculated instead of BX13 in the document.
  • The ICMS Conhecimento Base BX17 is used instead of BX10 in the pricing procedure.
