You want to send Visit attachments attached to a Workflow Rule email.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: a Workflow Rule to send an email for Business Object Visit with Attachment; further prerequisite is a Visit with Attachments.
When the Workflow Condition is fulfilled, the email is being sent but the only attachment is the Visit Summary and not the other attachments.
Cause
Only Summaries can be sent using a workflow rule.
Resolution
To include a PDF Summary as an email attachment, please select the PDF template and variant (language and country) in the workflow rule.
If no template is selected, no attachment will be added to the email.
