2780573 - Fiori App F3487 - Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order is not implemented

Unable to implement Fiori App F3487 - Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

• The ICF node LE_QC_DLVREFS1 is not activated
• The OData Service has not been added to the Service Catalog
• Target Mapping needs to be created
• Roles need to be assigned

Activate ICF Node for SAPUI5 Application

1. Check the Fiori App F3487 in the Fiori Apps Library Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order
2. Go to IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION -> Configuration -> SAPUI5 Application
3. ICF Node is LE_QC_DLVREFS1
4. In backend system run transaction /nSICF
5. Follow the path -> default_host -> sap -> bc -> ui5_ui5 -> sap
6. Right click on the Node LE_QC_DLVREFS1 and choose Activate Service

Add OData Service to the Service Catalog

1. In the Fiori Apps Library Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order go to IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION -> Configuration -> OData Service(s)
2. OData Service is LE_SHP_QC_DLVREF_SRV
3. In backend system run transaction /n/IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE
4. In 'External Service Name' the OData Service LE_SHP_QC_DLVREF_SRV is not listed
5. Choose 'Add Service' to add the OData Service LE_SHP_QC_DLVREF_SRV

Create Target Mapping

1. In the Fiori Apps Library Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order go to IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION -> Configuration -> Technical Configuration
2. Technical Catalog is SAP_TC_SCM_LE_COMMON
3. In backend system run transaction /n/UI2/FLPD_CUST
4. Search for Catalog SAP_TC_SCM_LE_COMMON
5. Select this catalog
6. Choose Target Mapping
7. Create Target Mapping
8. Input Semantic Object OutboundDelivery and Action quickcreateWithRef as per the Fiori Apps Library
9. Save

Create Tile

1. In the Fiori Apps Library Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order go to IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION -> Configuration -> Target Mapping(s)
2. Semantic Object is OutboundDelivery and Semantic Action is quickcreateWithRef
3. In the same transaction as Target Mapping, /n/UI2/FLPD_CUST, click on Tiles (middle tab)
4. Choose 'Create Tile' and input the details

Assign Roles

1. In the Fiori Apps Library Create Delivery with Reference to Sales Order go to IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION -> Configuration -> Business Role(s)
2. Business Role(s) is SAP_BR_SHIPPING_SPECIALIST
3. In backend system run transaction PFCG
4. Input role SAP_BR_SHIPPING_SPECIALIST
5. Choose Display
6. Click on the Users tab
7. Add User ID to access the App
8. Save Changes

The App will now be available in the Fiori App Finder in the Me Area or on the Launchpad itself
