Add or Remove Onboarding Process Index Field Filter

Reproducing the Issue

Please note that changes that are considered complex should be directed to proper channels (SAP Certified Partners, Consultants, or SAP Professional Services).

For Implementation Partner(s) and Consultant(s)

Add Index Field

  1. Login and navigate to Onboarding backend
  2. Select target customer account and choose Process under See Also section
  3. In Process page, click the Index Fields button that matches the Process Description row

  4. Click Add Index Field

  5. Fill-out the required field to create an Index Field

    1. Code
    2. Name
    3. Key
    4. Type
    5. Size
    6. Scale
    7. Format
    8. Display in Work Queue

  6. Click Create button once Index Field is ready to add in the Process

Remove Index Field

  1. Please follow step 1 to 3 on how to access Index Field
  2. Select the Index Field Code that needs to be removed


  3. Click the Delete button to remove the Index Field
