BPC 10.1 web client stuck at "Querying available environments" and the following error messages are logged in IE > F12 Developer Tools > Console
- RFC destination XXXX not working.
- MsgClass: BW_BICS_INA
- System alias '' does not exist"
- "ExceptionClass":"CX_BICS_INA_RFC_ERROR"
