2781161 - Cost Center Group report

You want to display Acutal/Plan data by Cost Center Group.

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There are 2 Cost Center Reporting Apps: Cost Centers - Actuals and Cost Centers - Plan/Actuals.

In both Apps you can choose a display hierarchy for the cost center.

Proceed as below:

1. Start the App with suitable selection criteria.
2. Right click on header of column "Cost Center".
3. Choose "Hierarchy" -> "Select Hierarchy".
4. Select your hierarchy.

If you don't have any option to select in the "Select Hierarchy", please do as following:

1. Start App Set Report Relevancy.
2. On the selection screen, enter Set Class = "0101" (for Cost Center). Then click Excute.
3. Now you see all the set-based cost center hierarchies.
4. Set the checkbox for those hierarchies that you want to replicate. (A000 - Cost Center Groups in this case). Save the data.
5. Start App Replicate Runtime Hierarchy.
6. Create a new job to replicate runtime hierarchies ('+'-Button).
7. Select the run time hierarchy you want to replicate in the parameter section.
8. Enter a date as of which the replication is to be valid.
9. Select "Start Immediately" if replication job shall be executed immediately. Schedule the job. (This replication is needed for performance reasons when hierarchies are used in analytic Apps.)
10. After the job is finished, close the browser and start the reporting App again to check the "Select Hierarchy".
