Prerequisites: Enable all the languages you need in Provisioning under > Company Settings > Language Packs
                       (Reach out to your Implementation Partner if access to Provisioning is required.)

Procedure: Use the Manage Languages tool to rename the label

1. In the Admin Center, search for and open the Manage Languages page.
2. In theAction column, chooseAdd for the relevant language (for example, English US). A dialog box prompts to enter the name of the custom language pack that is being created to replace the UI labels specified in the original language pack.
3. Enter a new name for the custom language pack (for example,English US Custom), and click OK. The custom language pack gets appended to the original language pack.
4. Now download the CSV file of the original language pack that contains all the default UI labels. To do this, select the checkbox next to the language, scroll down to the bottom of the page and, under the For Checked Items Above menu, choose Download.
5. The custom language pack that you've created doesn't have a CSV file, yet. Create a new CSV file for it, and copy-paste the first line of the original CSV file into the new CSV file.
6. Next, go to the original CSV file, search for the records you want to customize, and copy-paste the records into the new CSV file - It is not required to copy the entire original file, only the keys and labels you want to customize. In this case, the Contingent Workers label.
7. Customize the ECT_CONTINGENT_WORKER key to give it the new name, and save the CSV file. This will change the name of the label in the People Profile and the Org Chart. If you want to change the name in the People Search as well, be sure to rename the COMMON_Contingent_Worker key in the CSV file too.
8. Go back to the Manage Languages page in the Admin Center, and select the checkbox beside your newly created custom language pack.
9. In the Action column, choose Upload Custom Labels.
10. Once the upload is complete, choose Save.
