2781260 - Mass Cancelation of Sales Quotes via Data Workbench

You are looking for possible mass cancelation of Sales Quotes via Data Workbench.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

1. Go to the Data Workbench work center.
2. Go to the Export work view.
3. Select Standard Object and search for Sales Quote.
4. Filter the data for quote which shall be deleted.
5. Click on Next.
6. Click on Export Data.
7. Go to Monitor work view and download the .csv file clicking File Name.
8. Open the .csv file, maintain only the fields ObjectID, Quote_ID and Reason_for_Rejection removing all other fields.
9. Fulfill the Reason_for_Rejection for the quotes maintaining the leading zeros (01 instead of 1).
10. Save the .csv file.
11. Go to the Import work view.
12. Select Sales Quote for Standard Object.
13. Select Individual Object.
14. Under Select Operation choose Update option.
15. Browser the file and click on Upload.
16. Click on Next.
17. Click on Import.

For quotes which have been already partially canceled, cancellation has to be done on Item level. The same steps above can be used, however with Sales Quote Items as import individual object.
