Symptom

  • Message no. CJ806 "PROJECTNAME is locked by draft version created by user USERNAME" occurs in the Project Builder app.

  • Unable to edit a project due to message "Not all objects were locked (see lock log)”. The lock shows same user ID as user trying to edit the project - logging out of the system does not release the lock.
