2781334 - Extending the Extension Field to Excel Template

You would like to know how to add any Extension Field to the Microsoft Excel Template, as you have noticed that when opening the Supplier Invoice Excel Template, some of the fields are not displaying as expected or when updating an already maintained fields in the  Excel template, the values are not getting retrieved by the system for newly created entries.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open the Excel Template.
2. See that the expected field is not available.

Not all fields are available in the Standard Excel Template, the change need to be done by Partner. If you already added the field and is still not being displayed, the extended field could be mapped incorrectly in XML.

Please contact your partners to go through the details given in the document attached to resolve this issue.
Restructure the excel mapping for extension field and try updating the same.
